We’re expanding across the US and UAE and need a Pre-Sales Specialist (Solutions Consultant) to help accelerate broker adoption.

Position Summary

As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will bridge the gap between sales, product, and prospective customers. You’ll conduct product discovery calls, run tailored software demos, handle technical objections, and shape customer proposals.

You’ll work closely with our Sales Account Executives, Product Team, and Client Success Team.

Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand broker needs, workflows, and objections
Customize and deliver high-impact product demos via Zoom (or in-person where needed)
Map customer pain points to platform features and demonstrate clear ROI
Create tailored solution outlines for larger brokerage teams or enterprise prospects
Pre-Sales Support:
Assist Sales Account Executives in crafting personalized proposals and scope of work
Answer technical and product-related questions during the sales process
Develop and maintain demo environments and client-specific demo configurations
Provide competitor insight and positioning strategies
Technical Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:
Maintain a library of demo scripts, use-case templates, and FAQs
Record product demo videos for internal and external use
Relay feature gaps, customer feedback, and competitive intel to the Product team
Pipeline Acceleration:
Help reduce the sales cycle by accelerating decision-making through effective pre-sale consultation
Support Sales during RFP/RFI processes when required

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have:
3+ years experience in SaaS Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering
Strong understanding of the mortgage industry OR financial services technology
Deep experience conducting SaaS platform demos (preferably fintech, proptech, or CRM tools)
Ability to translate customer business needs into software solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with independent mortgage brokers, wholesale lenders, or correspondent lenders
Familiarity with SaaS metrics like MRR, churn, ACV
Experience using CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and mortgage pricing engines
Compensation:
